1. Client Management
a. Contacting clients on a regular basis within guidelines set by firm for treating and non-treating clients. Initial client calls within the same day, no later than 24 hours after file has been assigned. Treating clients are contacted every 15 days by case manager. Non-treating clients are contacted every 30 days by attorney.
b. Client calls are returned within 4-12 business hours. Providing the client case updates, checking on treatment status and adding detailed notes to CM system.
2. File Management
a. Finish gathering information that was not gathered during the Intake Process.
b. Completion of Initial Claim Investigation: obtaining sufficient case information to secure accident report; entering/obtaining sufficient insurance information to forward to NCIS so that establish coverage, limits and claim setup via telephone and written letter of rep, confirm received acknowledgement letter, Declaration pages /UM Form.
c. Initial and final lien verification and notifications. Work with NCIS to set-up, confirm, and get reductions on Medicaid, Medicare, health insurance, and third-party liens.
d. Incoming Mail- review of incoming mail via regular mail, email, and fax, for entry into case management software.
e. Outgoing Mail- preparation of all outdoing correspondence, pursuant to attorney instruction, sent vie regular mail, email, or fax, including scanning PDF version and saving to client’s electronic folder.
f. Data Management- maintaining data entry current on all tabs in case management software.
g. File Progression- regular file review discussions/meetings held with attorney and NCIS to ensure case plan in place to ensure file is progressing forward as well as client contact, and medical treatment maintained to client satisfaction and firm standards.
h. Expenses: to input all expenses in case management system as they are paid throughout the lifecycle of the case in the expense folder. To submit check and payment requests per WG payment protocols. Work with Accounting and NCIS.
b. Settlement Demands- drafting of settlement demands as requested by attorney, including summary of all accident-related medical treatment and expenses for attorney review/submission.
3. Medical Management
a. Providers– entry of client’s medical providers in case management software; medical treatment and procedures are scheduled on a timely basis.
b. Records– medical records/bills requested in a timely manner; PDF’s of medical records/bills are named properly and saved medical folder of client’s electronic file.
c. Entry of client’s medical expenses in case management software, including initial balance and maintaining current balance due.
d. Medical Outline– medical records are reviewed and entered medical summary and/or settlement demand.
4. Calendar
a. Attorney Calendar- entry of all client meetings, prescription dates, deadlines, and dates during the pre-litigation stages are maintained on attorney calendar on daily basis.
b. Deadlines- entry of all deadlines are maintained on daily basis on attorney calendar.
5. Disbursals
a. Balance Confirmation- outstanding balances of all medical providers, lienholders, referral counsel and prior counsel are confirmed and entered case management system and tabs.
b. Work with Accounting to make sure all amounts are reconciled.
c. Settlement Disbursal- Work with the accounting department/settlement team to have Settlement statement drafted and disbursal scheduled.
Qualification and Experience:
Must be Filipino Licensed Attorney with practical legal experience in case management, pre-trial preparation, and litigation.
Statement of Services:
To assist the attorney in maintaining all client files from assign date to resolution of the case.

Monday to Friday 9PM to 6AM Mla Time / Office Based
