What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Proven data entry work experience
• Experience with MS Office (excel, word and outlook) as well as an ERP system
• Experience in SAP Ariba or Prism (ERP) advantageous but not essential
• Familiarity with administrative duties
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Nice to Have:

• Experience in SAP Ariba or Prism (ERP) advantageous but not essential.

What will you do?

• Insert account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits into ERP system
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities and check output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Apply data program techniques and procedures
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
• Scan documents and print files, when needed
• Maintain confidential information appropriately
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Liaise closely with CS Supervisor and other CS agents

Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be required to assist in all aspects of the broking and lending administration processes, which may at times extend beyond the duties listed below. In house support will be always available along with regular opportunities for ongoing external education and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and format documents to adhere to the approved company template and style guide.
• Review and proofread content for grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors.
• Enter data accurately and efficiently.
• Report to technical writer to ensure documents meet quality standards.
• Maintain document version control and organize files for easy retrieval.
• Assist in the creation of documentation.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.

Top Skills and Proficiencies:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Proficiency in use of diagramming tools (MS Visio, Draw.io).
• Basic knowledge of technical writing principles (preferred but not required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with document management and version control systems.

• Must have completed at least two (2) years in college or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Has the ability to multi-task and learn quickly
• Strong computer skills
