The Demand and Supply Planning Executive will be responsible for the demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management for the assigned brand/category. • Act as a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator and a subject-matter-expert that works alongside with our business counterpart within an assigned customer account or group. Specific task assignments are as of following:

• Uses client’s tools, systems, partner website for inquiry, tracking of shipments and update of information.
• Monitors/track all shipments real time to check progress for a timely pick-ups and deliveries of assigned shipments.
• Provides freight status visibility to client and customer by completing daily assigned tasks through email, call, chat or updating data in client tools and systems.
• Schedule pickup or delivery appointments using websites, emails, or phone calls.
• Assist recovery of load and look for spot rate that is cost effective and with reliable carrier service.

• Handles document request (e.g., bill of lading, proof of delivery, packing list, etc.)

• Ability to audit rates, accurate shipment information, needed paperwork and billing invoices.
• Able to read and interpret customer contract rates, tariffs, and SOPs related to report creation, billing and auditing of invoices and paperwork.
• Responsible for problem resolution with assigned drivers.
• Support capacity planning in the areas of replan and recovery of loads.
• Responsible for securing his/her PC/Workstation with a password protected screensaver and log-off each time he/she will have his/her post unattended.

The Internal Talent Acquisition team (TAP) in Manila is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and attracting the best people into Allegis Global Solutions across the entire APAC region, and Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialists are a critical part of the success of our business.

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and attracting suitable candidates. In this role, you will have a strong focus on direct (outbound) sourcing, in addition to direct applicants (inbound), so you will need to be comfortable with headhunting and engaging passive candidates. You will ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information is entered into our Applicant Tracking System (Smart Recruiters) and build our talent communities to guarantee we have a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.

As the first point of contact with candidates, you will play a critical role in optimizing the candidate experience and branding Allegis Global Solutions as an employer of choice. You will work closely with our Manila and APACx team, to provide input into sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, you will assist in driving best practice sourcing strategies and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.   

Suitable candidates will have strong experience with direct sourcing and headhunting passive candidates using both traditional and innovative recruitment methodologies, as well as experience recruiting on various social media platforms, with the capability to interview and evaluate candidate suitability for our active requisitions. You must also have strong candidate management experience and love building strong relationships with candidates.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Implementing the sourcing strategy and sourcing qualified candidates for open positions in a designated functional area of the client’s organization.
• Utilizing a variety of sources in line with the client’s branding and social media policies with a focus on direct sourced (passive) candidates.
