MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In collaboration with the Team Leader of a project and the person in charge of the framing, the Intermediate Drafter proceeds with the capture of the members in the SDS/2 and/or TEKLA framing, for a drafting project according to plans, specifications and technical directives.
• In collaboration with the project Team Leader and the person in charge of the framing, the Intermediate Drafter proceeds with the details of the members with the SDS/2 and TEKLA.
• Detects any anomaly on the plans and specifications and notifies the project Team Leader.
• Prepares the work for the other detailers on the work team.
• Provides technical assistance, within the limits of his/her competence, to the drafters on the work team.
• Develops the ongoing tools and work methods improvement plans.
• Makes sure that all the framing and the details that are under his/her responsibility are methodically prepared according to the drafting standard and procedures.
• Participates in the search of the causes for non-compliance and takes action to reduce and/or eliminate them.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting
• Experience in Xero system
• English communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in AU clients
• Handled multiple accounts/clients
• Background in Law firm

What will you do?

• Posting of supplier invoices/receipts (Hubdoc/Xero) across up to 10 entities
• Rent/Management fees Invoicing across up to 6 entities
• Reconciliation - bank accounts, credit cards, loans, inter-company transactions
• Sending Statement of Accounts through LEAP legal software
• Sending Trust Statement through LEAP legal software
• Adding new employees / Suppliers
• Finance ad-hoc tasks

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 2+ years of experience on a similar role with background in banking or finance.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft CRM.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working for US clients.

What will you do?

• Contact and respond to team member requests for statements, investment performance, cash distributions and performance reports or the team.
• Process and follow up on operational duties linked to new accounts, transfers, risk management, and transactions.
• Breakout State Tax Returns from Federal Tax Returns.
• Fill in tracking sheet for tax returns.
• Assist with Billing.
• Cost basis reconciliation.
• Maintain tracking sheet for calendar of meetings and managing and scheduling meetings.
• Establish, develop, maintain and update client files.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date data in Microsoft CRM and other internal systems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
