About the role:

We're looking for a dedicated research analyst to help us discover information on people, and organizations, and assist with various other research tasks. This person needs to be a strong critical thinker, and capable of doing heavy, qualitative research, not just simple tasks like lead generation.

Duties and responsibilities:

• General online research (look at websites and find out information about organizations and people)
• Help us discover information on people, and organizations, and assist with various other research tasks (mostly highly qualitative research tasks).
• Identifying individuals based on roles they currently hold, then finding their LinkedIn profiles and other web presences.
• Finding individuals' contact information- Updating their information based on role changes, contact info, etc. This will require a method to check on them from time to time.
• For each individual, we will have a pre-defined set of other fields that we will need to trace down information.
• Researching organizations and filling out a pre-defined set of requested fields with information we need on them.
• Maintaining a large set of 20,000+ organizations.
• Keeping the organizations data set up to date.
• Learning about these types of organizations on an in-depth level, with the ability to then conduct deep market research on each one's websites as well as discover new sources of information about them online.
• Discovering new people that belong to the organizations, and then executing the process outlined above- Data labeling and correction for each organization
• A high level of time availability is a must as well as very fluent English skills.

What is the job purpose?

• Execute marketing research studies by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting marketing research data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations

About the Role

This position is responsible for providing support to the Life Valuation Actuary and Corporate Solutions in the timely and accurate preparation and analysis of Actuarial items in the financial reports and projections.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares the monthly valuation of liabilities for OL/VUL/Group/A&H lines of business together with all the financial report templates required for submission to other departments, the regional office, local management and insurance regulators (AIAPH or BPI-AIA)
• Assists in the preparation of the actuarial and financial estimates / projections / budgets for the different Life operations of the company
• Prepares the documents required for internal and external audit of the different Life profit centers.
• Installs and tests new products into Prophet and DCS as well as handles any enhancement or modifications required for Prophet Models.
• Provide support to the Corporate Solutions Actuarial especially in renewals and new business of group accounts.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education – Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering with heavy applications in mathematics
• Experience – At least 1 years of adequate technical experience in actuarial work
• Certifications/licenses – Affiliate of the Actuarial Society of the Philippines or at least have 1-2 actuarial exams
• Special skills - Above average analytical and technical skills; Proficient in the use of MS Office applications with good command in English (both oral and written)

Position Summary:

The R&D Specialist supports and gives assistance to the R&D Team and collaborate with her/his co-worker on all products developed and formulated products, performance of daily R&D activities, maintains and monitor all documents related to the R&D processes.

Job Scope:

1. Assists in the research and development of new products and protocols

2. Material Qualification and Accreditation

3. Product Costing

4. Perform SAP (Systems Application Product) transactions as required to support SBUs directly linked to R&D processes

5. Consolidation and safe-keeping of researches and related studies

6. Re-formulation of products and redirection of manufacturing processes as needed

7. Generation/ Preservation and Revision (if needed) of Master Production Documents

8. Trouble Shooting of problems regarding materials, processes, products and other related activities

Duties & Responsibilities:

In-charge of the manufacturing process trouble-shooting activities such as but not limited to:

1. Re-processing with advance under-studies product formula and recommends pertinent percentage inclusion level to the original formulation for commercial process manufacturing

2. Ensures that the following parameters are satisfied within the covered monitoring:

a. Chemical analysis recovery is within the specified requirement

b. Physical and testing conformity

c. Commercial batching conform the re-processing guide;

d. Stability, if necessary

e. Compilation of test result/s and monitoring intact

3. Perform the SAP (Systems Application Product) transactions required for raw material reservation/requisition for developmental products and trial batches

4. Conducts study, review and pre-qualification of alternative source/s of applicable raw material substitution to existing component in the product formulation/s as a resolution to the identified trouble-shooting made and recommends accordingly

5. Performs research activities, the collation and orderly safe-keeping of the researched data information, hand-outs, or related dossiers that supports the commercial trouble-shooting or the recommended product enhancement or fortification of the existing product formula

6. Conducts supporting trial testing parallel to the commercially-identified trouble to rule out root-cause and recommends appropriate corrective actions/ Support on answering and investigation on product complaint

7. Prepares Master Production Documentation of all Re-processing formulation and the applicable registration to the Document Control Center (DCC)

8. Conducts pilot scale and production scale batch trials and technology transfer for new products developed

9. Plays vital role for the developmental project’s first three (3) commercial process validation protocol run and the applicable documentation and change control

10. Responsible for preparing the documents required by Regulatory for Product Registration

11. SOP Creation and Revision if needed

12. Collation and Preparation of Product Quality Review

13. Responsible for the updating of file record of the Master Batch Production Record (MBPR) and assures the complete attachment of the relevant supporting documents of the product dossier per envelope

14. Responsible for the requisition of the office and laboratory supplies pertinent to the department’s activities

15. In-charge of the Monthly Developmental Progress Reporting and the need to call for any related coordination meeting with the manufacturing related departments

16. Ensures safe-keeping and the corresponding inventory management of glass wares and RPDD Laboratory Equipment plus its preventive maintenance and calibration requirements

17. Authorized signatory for the following documents in the absence of the RDD Manager such as: Product Label, Costing Approval, MBPR/MPDR or its BPR/PDR approval, and any Raw/Packaging Material’s accreditation

18. Represents the Department for scheduled and unscheduled meetings and other technical presentation/ trainings or suppliers’ product presentation in the absence of R&D Manager

19. Performs other related function as that may be assigned from time to time

The Account Lead is a team leader within the Market Insights team, which is the insights and research Center of Excellence of AGS. The Market Insights team is responsible for providing actionable insights and market and competitor intelligence reports that enable our RPO teams to build tactical sourcing strategies, increase candidate quality, and become true talent advisors.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating data modelling tools to identify opportunities through insight from data

• Roles and Responsibilities:

• Able to collect, extract, and wrangle data that is used to perform analytic modelling.
• Develop custom data models and algorithm applied to different data sets based on business requirements

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related discipline with 3 years + experience in data/computational focus. Experience using programming languages such as Python, SQL Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI. Strong knowledge on advanced statistical methods, predictive and prescriptive methods. Preferably with expertise in deep learning, recommender systems, and NLP/Computational Linguistics Background in handling big data. Strong track record of manipulating, processing, and extracting data from large databases.
