Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Salesman to join
our dynamic team at Best Rising Trading Sdn Bhd, the
distributor of Joyday ice cream in Malaysia. If you are
passionate about sales and building strong customer
relationships, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development:
• Promote and sell Joyday ice cream products to retailers,
wholesalers, and other potential clients.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
2. Market Expansion:
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to
expand market presence.
• Visit potential and existing customers to present
product offerings and negotiate deals.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring
high levels of customer satisfaction.• Act as the main point of contact for customers,
addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
4. Product Awareness:
• Educate customers on Joyday’s diverse ice cream range
and promotional campaigns.
• Keep clients updated on new products and offers to
encourage repeat purchases.
5. Market Insights:
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and
competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market
conditions, and customer needs.
6. Inventory Coordination:
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely
delivery and sufficient stock levels at retail outlets.
7. Administrative Duties:
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, invoices,
and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and
procedures.
Job Requirements:
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or food
industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
