What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Taking up Information Technology or any related courses

What will you do?

• Assist staff in performing system backup and maintenance functions.
• Assist network and hardware troubleshooting.
• Assist in updating user and technical documentation.
• Run calls to troubleshoot desktop and PC problems.
• Provide help desk support to staff requiring technical assistance.
• Assist with building and deploying desktop computers and laptops for deployment.
• Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor.

• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments

• Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system
