What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop reports and materials to support project plans, including updating schedules, logging issues, and documenting meeting minutes for distribution to team members.
- Serve as a communication link between clients, project teams, and FIS managers to ensure everyone is informed of project objectives, progress, and purposes.
- Identify and categorize project risks and issues related to cost, schedule, quality, and employee retention, in collaboration with others.
- Deliver project deliverables and provide timely status updates to FIS and client management, highlighting any potential issues or problems.
- Perform administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, answering questions, preparing reports, and coordinating events.
- Anticipate the needs of project management and make independent decisions to meet those needs.
- Obtain and provide information from project management, clients, and FIS organizations.
What You Bring:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in project management, including knowledge of standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and industry best practices, such as the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
- Experience in project deployment and supporting software implementation projects is a plus.
- Experience in banking and payments is a plus.
- Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
- Ability to work independently on a variety of special projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive assignments.
Work Arrangements:
- The candidate must be flexible as this role may require working on different client sites post-pandemic for client interaction. Possible client locations are: Makati, Taguig, Pasay, Manila.
- Currently, the work will be carried out from home until further notice.
