About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Admin and Finance Executive to join our fast-paced team. This role is responsible for overseeing all administrative and financial operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and strategic financial management.
Finance:
Provide general accounting support.
Download monthly bank statements.
Reconcile bank statements and track incoming funds.
Manage AR/AP
Admin & General:
Develop and implement administrative and financial procedures.
Analyze financial data and prepare reports.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Apply for new licenses and renew existing ones.
Manage cleaning supplies orders, internet connection, and pest control services.
Facilitate onboarding process through Roubler.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar administrative and financial role.
Strong accounting skills, including proficiency in bookkeeping, accounting software, and financial analysis.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Presentable and professional demeanor.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Familiarity with Roubler and Xero accounting systems is a plus.
