Job Duties

Your new role
Supporting the Head of Finance and joining a small existing team, you will take on specific responsibility for the purchase ledger.

• Raising Purchase Orders
• Liaising with and building relationships with key suppliers
• Answering supplier queries
• Managing the logistics of crucial deliveries
• Liaising with external stakeholders such as freight, couriers, import & export handlers
• Supplier statement reconciliations

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will have a background in finance, ideally gained within the hospitality sector. You will enjoy "problem-solving", be good at building relationships with external suppliers and be adept at "juggling" to ensure deliveries are managed and stock levels maintained.
Like everyone who works here, you will have a passion for customer services and want to ensure the company can provide the very best service possible.

• Standard Monday to Friday working week

• Required to work circa 1 Saturday a month with time given off in lieu
