Technician (£28k - £30k per annum)
This role is based in our Fort William workshop – you will be required to repair and service equipment which is deployed by our customers in support of their operations. Such equipment includes underwater cameras, surface cameras, antennae, control cabinets and associated cabling. In time, you will be able to provide remote support to customers to diagnose faults and recommend on-site remedial actions. Whilst you will be workshop based initially, there will be the opportunity to progress and develop into a field service engineer role.
Experience of working in a workshop environment, servicing and repair of electrical/electronic devices will be of benefit. If you possess some understanding of IT networking and troubleshooting, this would also be advantageous. However, this is not essential as full training will be given.
Field Service Engineer (£35k to £40k per annum)
Are you an experienced engineer/technician within the Aquaculture industry? This role will primarily require travel to customer locations to service, maintain, install and commission our systems on customer sites. In addition to this, you will be required to repair and service ScaleAQ equipment at our workshop in Fort William.
A high level and understanding of mechanical/electrical disciplines is essential along with good IT skills.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO IN THIS ROLE:
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Perform maintenance repairs throughout the property including the common area amenities, occupied units and vacant units.
Coordinate all move-ins and move-outs with the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
Maintain a schedule for timely completion of apartment make-readies, ensuring that all apartments scheduled for move-ins are completely ready for the new resident prior to move-in.
Diagnose problems and repairs in the areas related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool, carpentry, dry wall, exterior structural and appliances.
OPERATIONS
Use Yardi (or similar) property management software to manage open service repair requests
Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of service items.
Ensure that policies and procedures as well as safety and compliance expectations are met.

Communicate and effectively work together with your fellow team members.
COMPLIANCE & SAFETY

WHAT YOU’LL NEED ON DAY ONE:
Minimum two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade is required.
HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification is required.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification strongly preferred. Associates hired without a CPO certification will be required to obtain within 90 days of hire.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
Technical knowledge in the following areas: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, swimming pool, carpentry, dry wall, exterior structural, and appliance repair is required.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software preferred.
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.
General computer skills including operating a mobile device.
Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.

Leidos has an exciting opportunity available for Electronic System Maintenance. This role supports our work at Fort Eisenhower in Augusta, GA. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
Electronic System Maintenance position is responsible for providing oversight, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and administrative services for all software and shall be responsibility to support the network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and gateways that support the building automation systems. As well as working with supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems for electrical, Metasys systems for HVAC / mechanical and Simplex systems for fire protection infrastructures.
This role collaborates with more advanced specialized technicians or subcontractors to perform facility related troubleshooting and repairs on systems serving the spaces being monitored by the Building Automation Systems. In addition to effectively communicating with the site management team and the customer to understand requirements, and solve complex monitoring and control problems.
The individual selected for this role must have the ability to identify and correct any performance related issues and perform independent IT equipment evaluations to identify potential IT equipment failures.

Pay Range $55,250.00 - $ 85,000.00
