Lead and provide guidance to managers on all activities related to Performance Management (Salary Reviews, People review, etc.)
Manage and coordinate the annual interview/Mid-Year Review process and lead the people review in collaboration with management members. In this regard, identify key positions to construct effective succession planning and monitor well defined career paths in reaching succession plan objectives

EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS
College Diploma in Human Resources Management
Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP/CHRL) designation
7 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
Previous experience managing a team and working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to maintain the security and confidentiality of specified records, and employee sensitive information
Extensive working knowledge of Human Resources, employment practices, principles and employment legislation
Proven ability to support, contribute and communicate AHCA’s top business objectives while ensuring employee relations are adhered to
Strong attention to Detail
Advanced problem solving skills

Your new role
This role is to support individuals within self-contained flats and community-based outreach service.
You will provide tailored care and support to adults with learning disabilities to help achieve personal goals as well as maintain their dignity and independence in a safe and caring environment.
As a support worker, you will be helping with the running of the home, supporting and developing the service users' living skills. You will also need to have a passion to make a difference, have a calm and patient manner, along with an understanding of learning disabilities. You will also assist with meal times, cleaning, encouraging personal care and everyday needs.
The service users will require you to support, protect and motivate them.
This is a full-time permanent position. No sponsorship is available for this role.

A VA healthcare career as a housekeeping aide means working alongside other Veterans, who make up 85 percent of the housekeeping staff.
As a Housekeeping Aid, you will perform a full range of light and heavy cleaning duties and routine housekeeping duties. Veterans rely on the skills of these professionals to keep patient areas clean and safe by addressing spills quickly, discarding trash, and vacuuming and polishing floors.
Duties include cleaning wards, patient rooms, storerooms, offices, corridors, restrooms, shower rooms, and other areas. Housekeeping Aids sweep, mop, scrub (machine) floors, vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, empty waste baskets, clean light globes and Venetian blinds, wash walls, windows and ceilings by climbing small ladders, refill toilet tissue and towel dispensers and move furniture. Housekeeping Aids carry out assignments with minimal supervision.
