Administration Support to the Singapore District Business Officer

• Provides backup assistance as a minute secretary for Singapore District Business Board, Territorial Management Board and Territorial General Expenditure Board
• Provides backup assistance on insurance policy matters
• Provides backup assistance to manage the pool vehicles at THQ
• Maintains a procedure manual of administration executive tasks as a guide for backup assistance
• Assists with other tasks and projects as assigned by management from time to time

Your Mission
