Main Purpose of Job
The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive HR operational enhancement initiative, assess and initiate HR digital adoption strategies for the Group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  In-depth knowledge on overall Human Resources practice
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in HR operations and HR digital adoption

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions including recruitment, payroll, performance and talent management, internal communication, employee relation and administration.
• To process the accurate full cycle of monthly payroll, reconciliation reports, and other relevant reports (eg. EFP, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.)

工作要求

• 人力資源管理文憑/高級/高級/研究生文憑或學士學位/研究生文憑/專業學位或同等學歷。

• 精通 Microsoft Excel、PowerPoint 和 Word。
• 了解就業法、勞動法和其他相關人力資源領域的知識是有利的。

職責：

a) 維護和管理公司的人力資源管理系統，更新員工資料庫，管理休假和出勤，薪資功能並根據需要協助產生相關報告。

b) 每天對缺勤或缺勤情況進行適當的跟進。

c) 負責進行候選人搜尋、篩選和選擇過程以及文件。

d) 透過提供入職培訓將新員工融入組織和文化，管理入職流程。

e) 管理員工離職範圍的離職流程並進行離職面談，

f) 準備每月薪資單並確保與薪資記錄相關的人力資源資料正確。

g) 每月向政府當局（LHDN、KWSP、SOSCO、EIS）提交法定文件，並確保始終遵守所有法定要求。

h) 關注所有員工有關人力資源政策和程序的詢問。

i) 管理和更新員工保險、付款請求、索賠提交和跟進。

j) 協助組織員工參與活動。

k) 管理和協調各種內部和外部學習和發展計劃。

l) 調查和處理所有對員工不當行為的指控，並採取適當的紀律處分，包括根據《就業法》的要求進行國內調查。

要求：

a) 候選人必須擁有學士學位、人力資源或商業管理專業學位

b) 至少 4 年人力資源通才工作經驗及至少 3 年薪資處理經驗。

c) 具有良好的工作態度和獨立性。

a) 具備較強的組織能力、多工處理能力、細緻度及分析能力。

b) 優秀的書面和口頭溝通能力。
