Main Duties

The Job Role:

• Provide assistance in managing the Group’s company secretarial matters
• Maintain corporate records, including resolutions, director changes, etc.
• Handle and draft legal correspondences
• Support in drafting of agreements
• Assist in legal research and legal projects
• Provide support in legal administrative and compliance matters of the Group
• Work with other members of the legal team on special projects, where necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Law
• Prior experience in performing corporate secretarial duties
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office

What would you expected to do:

• Provide legal and regulatory support to Head of Legal.
• Compliance management with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards affecting data center industry, monitor compliance with legal requirements
• Conduct legal research and generate report.
• Contract drafting, review and negotiations of customer contracts, service level agreements, vendor contracts etc
• Prepare and maintain legal documentation, records and reports
• Advice on corporate governance matters
• Liaise and collaborate with external legal counsel, regulators, government agencies, industry association

Educational Qualifications and Experience needed for this Job:

• LLB degree holder
• 5+ years PQE with experience in data center related matters

• Arrange for defect inspections in response to feedback by stakeholders
• Record and follow up on feedback until closure of case
• Perform other public relations tasks assigned by management.
• Perform site inspections, and handle public concerns and issues.
