Specific responsibilities include:

• Payroll, welfare, tax, and social insurance-related services such as monthly salary and bonus payment, operation and management of various welfare programs, income tax withholding, year-end adjustment and other related operations, management and application for different social insurances, etc.
• Organize and manage employee records, administrative duties such as application of work visa (EP/S Pass) related to various labor regulations etc.
• Assist in recruiting operations, from hearing the department's needs to coordination with agents, and the hiring process.
