• Upgrade maintenance staffs.
• Monitor of the worker overtime man hours and implement the necessary measures to control.
• Issue letters to contractors if equipment / machineries are damaged during contractor’s rental period. Damages to be back charge to contractors.
• To allocate and approve the yard storage space request for module fabrication works.
• To approve the purchase request of new spare parts & equipment’s.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of maintenance working experience in marine shipyard industry
• Hands on experience in welding machine and CNC plate cutting machine troubleshooting works
• Highly motivated individuals with good organizational skills and leadership skills.
• Able to adapt new work environment and able to lead independently.
