Our client is an asset management firm that invests in multi-asset classes such as private equity funds, credit funds etc. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Compliance Manager and the role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with regulators on regulatory license requirements and compliance filing
• Manage and update the firm’s compliance policies and framework
• Keep track of new regulatory development and provide updates to the firm
• Update and advise the management on compliance issue and ensure the firm is in line with the regulatory standard and requirements
• Assist in KYC/AML review on investors, CRS/FATCA filing
• Identify any potential compliance issues and provide solutions to the business
• Provide compliance training and updates to the firm’s employees
• Participate in compliance projects when necessary

Skills / experience requirements

• At least four years of Compliance experience in the Asset Management / Fund Management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or other tertiary qualification
• Good understanding on regulatory compliance
• Good communication and analytic skills
• Hands-on and adaptable to work in a small office environment
• Meticulous, diligent, motivated

QA Manager

• Working Hour: Mon- Fri : 9am to 6pm
• Working Location: 4 Kaki Bukit Ave

Oversee and supervise all aspects of food quality and safety in Central Kitchen and all outlets (local and overseas)

• Ensure compliance with local and overseas regulations related to food safety and quality
• Ensure that SOPs (standard operating procedures) are adhered to
• Ensure food products meet standards set by company
• Develop, implement, review and oversee quality and safety policies and procedures
• Conduct and manage regular inspections and audits of Central Kitchen and all outlets (local and overseas)
• Conduct training and support to employees in Central Kitchen and all outlets (local and overseas) on food safety & quality
• Conduct investigations on customers’ and outlet’s feedback
• Validate that all products were made in compliance with established QA protocol • Monitor and analyze data related to food safety and quality
• Identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address any issues of concerns that arise
• Ensure that all activities conform to Food Safety Management System (HACCP/ISO) and AVA/NEA guidelines
• Manage the QA team, provide guidance and support to ensure that all team members are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives
• Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Chief Quality Assurance Officer from time to time.
