About the job
This position Customer and Sales Support Administrator is not a sales job. Rather it is to be part of their sales service team providing administrative support role within the office. The duties
Reporting to Sales Manager, the position is permanent and is office bound position where the incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support role to sales and service activities. About Regional Customer Care Team

NielsenIQ’s Regional Customer Care team is above market team for managing global clients that operate across countries. About the Regional Customer Care role

This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships across Asia-Pacific with an aim to resolve questions around product quality and delivery to increase client satisfaction. This role will lead the client engagement to ensure prompt resolution of escalated queries and act as a bridge between client and NielsenIQ product development team by bringing in the voice of client to help in developing the long term product roadmap using the client knowledge and expertise across NielsenIQ solutions.

Responsible for:

• Managing global clients at regional and local level
• Engage and manage in escalations (present to clients and execute issue resolution cross NielsenIQ network)​
• Support client socialization with product enhancements​ and its roll out
• Analyze and action on risk of penalties or loss of contract to perform the root cause analysis​.
• Contribute with contract negotiations in terms of product commitments (Product quality, ways of working, penalties etc.)​
• Work with global, regional and local leadership team ​
• Coordinating strategic product meetings where required
• Identify emerging trends and suggest product development needs of clients for building product roadmap

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration/ Management
• 15+ years of experience in related field (research agency, marketing consultant)
• A broad understanding of client sales and marketing issues
• Knowledge of research techniques and methodologies would be an advantage.
• Multi-country experience with sensitivity to operate in multi-cultural environment.

Purpose of the position

• To deploy the correct resource to our customers at an agreed time and location, using a logical approach and considering the financial implications of the decisions made. This will include the use of our sub contracted network
• Pre plan and book work and servicing for our engineers, this will include arranging re attendance to fit parts or arranging for our customers to come to our sites for repair

Accountability

Responsibilities:

• Manage the productivity of the group of engineers allocated to the geographical area being coordinated
• Maximise the resources to ensure the maximum amount of hours can be sold to our customers
• Monitor downtime of engineers to maximise their availability
• Communication to the customer throughout the journey of the incident
• The job tasks and details are complete on the IFS system and ready to be passed to the team for validation
• Prioritise work to make sure we give the best possible ETA' s for our breakdown customers
• Collaborate with the other members of the team to find the best solution for each customer
• Manage the repairs that needs to be completed in MFS workshops or customer locations

Tasks:

• Use the service planners to pre book servicing work at customer locations or MFS locations
• Communicate with customers to agree times, dates and locations best suited for our attendance
• Plan and arrange work that needs to be completed at an MFS depot or any other remote locations within the region
• Where further work is required to complete a repair on the day of attendance the coordinator will communicate to the customer, produce an estimate, send a proforma and once a purchase order number is provided, arrange for the parts to be sent and communicate with the engineer to complete the task
• Update the IFS system at all points within the incident, this will allow the call handling team to provide updates if required to do so.
• Share planned work with the engineer and keep them informed of any changes
• Manage VOR, communicate the reason for VOR with the customer, add clear notes to the IFS system to allow the validation team to take over the task.

My client is looking for a Regional Support Manager to support homes across the portfolio of residential and nursing homes, they are a family-owned provider that have grown over the last 12-18 months with plans for further expansion.
