2. Verify that recommended repair works for equipment and system failures are implemented
3. Review recommended repair works including overseas and solutions to address equipment and system failures
4. Lead root cause analysis of equipment and system failures and malfunctions, and develop reports
5. Review testing, maintenance and repair records to evaluate impact of trends, and potential malfunctions and solutions

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Planning & scheduling Cold-chain Logistics (warehousing/transportation/loading & unloading, optimization of route planning/external storage, pick & pack operations, and 3PL/Shipment logistic)
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assignments
