The Challenges:

• Manage and ensure the PLO team captures all new enquiries (calls, email, online leads, walk-in’s etc.) in the CRM system from the date of receipt
• Ensure the PLO team records all appropriate information into the CRM system and that all new enquiries are followed up by phone or email within one working day. Overseas phone calls can be made using the CRM.
• Ensure the PLO team email and contact the prospective parent the school tour confirmation details and a day prior to re-confirm their appointment (email where necessary) and use the CRM calendar tool to do so.
• During tours, ensure that the PLs share learning stories, videos and documentation that makes learning visible as well as introduce a member of the academic team to provide a high quality experience.
• Follow-ups with all parents with a phone call after three days post tour. Use the ‘sequence’ tool and the ‘templates’ in the CRM to connect with families.
• Mentor the PLEs during school tours to ensure they are promoting the school in the right light i.e. curriculum, stories, facts etc
• Ensure that the school website has accurate and up-to-date information
• Support all media and brand and marketing events and requests
• Update the AI bot templates on a regular basis to keep them relevant and use campaigns from time to time to remarket and enhance conversions
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company

What it Takes:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood,Business Administration or equivalent is advantageous
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in a must.
• Experience working in school environment is an added advantage

The Microscopy and Multiplex Assays (MMA) Core Facility Manager will serve the students, faculty, research staff and industry partners of Cancer Science Institute of Singapore (CSI) by providing a streamlined service which incorporates histology techniques, microscopy and other imaging based high-content experiments, to support both translational and basic science research. Water management, decarbonization and climate change rank as top environmental, social and governance (ESG) concerns in the metals and mining sector. Poorly addressing these issues is adding to growing community concerns with respect to the effects of mining and mineral extraction processes in their ‘backyards’.



CSIRO Mineral Resources is seeking to engage a leader to focus on building and embedding ESG understandings into the extraction and reuse of various metals and consequent impacts on mineral exploration, mining and remediation settings. Tools will be co-designed with companies, investors and/or communities, including Indigenous Communities and Traditional Owner groups, to define a framework that determines how the minerals supply chain delivers differing forms of ‘value’ according to ESG measures. ESG assessments will commence at the earliest stage, with predictions cascading through exploration, discovery, mining, and remediation activities, while being updated dynamically as a project progresses.



As the Science Leader you will build and lead a team to tackle a cutting-edge 4D environmental prediction and modelling science agenda within the Mineral Resources Business Unit, drawing on inter-disciplinary capacity across CSIRO. You will lead the development of novel systems and processes that support the mineral resources industry to proactively manage social, environmental, and/or economic and governance issues through a combination of excellence in fit-for-purpose and context-appropriate process design, and development of cutting-edge digital tools and monitoring systems.

To be considered you will need:
A PhD in Social or Earth science-related disciplines.

We are looking for an Actuarial Product Analyst and Manager
In March 2022 Generation Life launched an investment-linked lifetime annuity and is now seeking to develop new business lines in the area of fixed term annuities, aged care solutions and life insurance. As Generation Life continues to evolve its lifetime annuity solution to continue to grow, we are now seeking a person with actuarial qualifications and work experience to assist the General Manager of Retirement Solutions with the management of the existing product, development of new features for the existing product and new business lines.

The Actuarial Product Analyst and Manager will:
• Actuarial analysis of competitor products and their features including mortality assumptions, investment options and death and withdrawal benefits;
• Development and maintenance of calculators to that create financial projections of the use of lifetime annuities in conjunction with other retirement solutions and income streams such as account-based pensions and the Aged Pension;
• Modelling of different death benefit and withdrawal formulae for the purposes of future benefit design and features;
• Modelling of investment option outcomes to assist in the development of new investment options for the lifetime annuity (historical, deterministic, and stochastic);
• Develop relationships with internal departments such as investment management, fund operations and IT and external parties such as the reinsurer and appointed actuary;
• Calculating and checking death benefits and withdrawal benefits that arise from time-to-time and annual review calculations;
• Consult with the reinsurer on a regular basis to assess client reserves and mortality adjustments and mortality experience vs assumptions;
• Use financial modelling skills to assist in the development of new product lines such as fixed term annuities and life insurance. Focus on asset/liability modelling for fixed term annuities and mortality and probability analysis for life insurance;
• Responding to client queries on retirement income projections;
• Developing management reporting tools using excel/VBA and defining reports conducting User Acceptance Testing on software releases that support the lifetime annuity business.


Experience and qualifications
• Actuarial Science degree;
• Have commenced and completed at least 50% of studies necessary to be admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia (FIAA) or equivalent (e.g., FIA – United Kingdom);
• Two years’ experience in the financial services industry, applying actuarial studies in one or more of the following areas: Life insurance, Superannuation funds or pensions (Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution arrangements), Annuities, Investment management;
• Have demonstrated ability in tools such as excel/VBA and R or other programming language such as Python.

The Actuarial Life Practice is expanding its reach into the Asia-Pacific region. The practice is seeking top talent in Hong Kong and is opening a Senior Manager position in its Hong Kong office. The new Sr. Manager will have the exciting opportunity of helping to grow the Actuarial Asian Practice from the ground-up and will report to the practice leader in Hong Kong. The individual will be expected to contribute to a broad range of projects, including both Hong Kong and US projects, and will play a key role in the sourcing and delivery of projects for Oliver Wyman’s clients, which include top tier insurance companies, reinsurance companies, investment banks, law firms, regulators, and private equity firms.

Skills and Attributes

• Knowledgeable in Hong Kong insurance regulations, such as Hong Kong Risk Based Capital (RBC)
• Knowledgeable in local financial accounting such as IFRS-17

About the Role

Complete the production of Economic Capital with local business unit review and support Group consolidation. Further provide assistance in completing various Economic Capital related projects

Roles and Responsibilities:

Economic Capital production

• Produce and review Economic Capital for 1-2 business units and Group consolidated result

• Collaborate with local business units to analyze experience data, perform insurance risk calibration, and support development of enhanced processes or methodologies when appropriate

• Be the subject matter expert of Economic Capital for various topics such as market risk, management action and time value of options and guarantee

Economic Capital project

• Support in process streamline and monitor the business unit for Economic Capital reporting

• Support in integration of Economic Capital into various tools and metrics, including pricing applications, capital forecasting tools, risk management reports, and risk-adjusted return metrics, etc

Support other ad-hoc actuarial analyses

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics

• Solid experience and knowledge in insurance product, valuation and financial reporting. At least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Good leadership, project management and communication skill

• Good written and verbal English skill. Good written and verbal Chinese skill is an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Prophet modelling skill is a plus
