• Weekly follow up, update related departments on all outstanding repair order and purchase order status or any approval required.

• To back up Warranty Executive on BSI/BRI Extended Warranty Administration, Technical Campaign request and GDMS support from inter department.

E. Health & Safety

The Service Manager is responsible for implementing the arrangements detailed in the health and safety management system and the safe systems of work. Specifically the Service Manager will:

1. To understand and be aware of the requirement of Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 to ensure that all staff for whom you are responsible are equally aware of the Act and its requirements.
