WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assume full responsibility for managing end-to-end transport requirements for Inverness

Tasks

-Build a leading supply chain capability for the DFT account.

-Work with the Group Supply Chain leadership team to support the development of an Account Sourcing Plans (ASPs) which is aligned to Mitie business objectives and the wider category sourcing plans.

-Monitor and drive adherence to Group Supply chain processes, contracts, and policies.

-Support the account sourcing plan review cycle based on business priorities, risk, contract expiry, spend analysis and opportunities identified.

-Continuously seek opportunities to leverage spend via structured supplier rationalisation and consolidation programmes to further reduce supplier costs, deliver additional savings, and improve overall efficiencies.

-Ongoing management of Mitie's Supplier Relationship Management program for specific area of responsibility within a culture of continuous improvement.

-Engage with stakeholders and suppliers to optimise supply chain and procurement delivery.

-Drive compliance to the PSL and maximise savings and benefits.

Person Specification

-A track record in managing procurement delivery and high performing teams.
