Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the full set of accounting functions and activities for several companies of the Group, including performing monthly closing reports, bank reconciliations, and schedules.

· Perform AP functions such as ensuring all invoices/staff claims were duly approved by respective department heads, supported with Purchase Orders/Delivery Orders/Service Orders, and any other required documents.

· Responsible for processing payments, preparing payment vouchers and related supporting documents, GL coding, and posting all related payable entries, while also maintaining files for paid and unpaid invoices.

· Handle intercompany billings to ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoicing between subsidiaries.

· Maintain files for paid and unpaid suppliers’ invoices

· Handle intercompany billings

· Assist in updating daily cashbook

· Assist in handle audit, tax and secretary

· Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when assign

Job Requirements:

1. Min Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

2. At least 2 years or relevant working experience

3. Familiar with ERP System, preferably Microsoft Navision

4. Able work in fast paced environment and flexible in adapting changes

5. Able work independently with minimum supervision

6. Possess good working attitude and reliable

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan, Schedule and track project timeline.

2. Overall control and monitoring of solar installation activities and progress.

3. Attend project site meeting, project team meetings and updates work on progress.

4. Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment and resources on sites.

5. Managing subcontractors to ensure timely and good quality of works.

6. Ensure all discrepancies in drawings to be identified and clear with client prior to site progress work.

Job Requirements:

1. Graduated in Degree or Diploma of Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

2. Minimum 3 to 4 years of proven track record in project management experience and preferable in electrical engineering and others related field.

3. Possess excellent knowledge and understanding of electrical drawings and specifications.

4. Able to communicate effectively & diversely for prompt resolution to sites matters.

5. Able to foresee and resolve issues before surfacing would be an added advantage.

6. Good leadership qualities to work hand in hand with the team to complete the tasks.

7. Focused and decisive, able to be independent to handle different situation.

Job Requirement:

1. Minimun Qualification: Diploma in Business Administrative
2. Industrial Solar experience and knowledge is more preferred.
3. Strong sense of commitment and responsibility, self-motivation, customer-orientation, good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently.

• Assist in internal audit and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Any other related accounting duties by the Management.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software preferably Navision.

• Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, Corporate Tax and GST Statutory, SGX Listing Rules & Corporate Government Codes.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.

1. To ensure smooth execution of Solar Project
2. Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents.
3. Plan and co-ordinate on the project progress & schedule and ensure timely completion.
4. Assist Project Manager in Project Management/Engineering & Site Construction activities for the solar project.
5. Technical review on the design concept, engineering and operational matters on the project and related activities.
6. Co-ordination with technical/engineering resources/contractors/authorities for the execution of the project.
7. Monitor all project activities such as design, testing, and commissioning of the project.
8. Assist in the development, scoping and establishing project budget, schedule and control measures.
9. Ensure timely handover of the project while maintaining the high-quality standards at optimum cost.
10. Other duties or projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Graduated in Degree or Diploma of Engineering or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Construction fields.
3. Posses an experiences in Project Management.
