You’re a caring, can-do person with experience working in building maintenance. Ideally, some of that has been gained in a care home setting. Your role

The safety of our care home residents and staff is really important. So your role will be to make sure the premises and grounds are maintained to a high standard. You’ll perform regular checks, carry out repairs and, when needed, contact engineers or service agents. You’ll be confident doing fire, basic electrical and appliance checks. Faults must be reported and actioned promptly. We’ll also expect you to keep the grounds looking tidy and carry out general redecoration work. At least three years’ experience as a senior leader in either mainstream or special educational needs schools.
