Your new role
* Conduct a variety of analyses relating to energy and carbon modelling. These may include Part L thermal modelling, operational energy calculations, embodied carbon calculations, circular economy strategy development, overheating and other thermal comfort assessments.* Lead client and design team workshops ensuring clear and articulate communication.* Collaborating closely with the key stakeholders to develop sustainable design strategies to produce energy and sustainability statements in support of planning applications.* Take ownership and deliver on key project workstreams.* Support the delivery of sustainability assessments such as BREEAM, WELL, HQM, etc.* Collaborating with other members of the team on R&D initiatives, ensuring they remain at the forefront of their industry.* Support the training and development of junior members of the team.

What you'll need to succeed
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject.* Relevant industry experience.* Understanding of Building Regulations Part L.* Able to conduct energy, carbon, and/or comfort calculations using dynamic simulation packages such as IESVE, Tas, Energy Plus, or Design Builder.* Ability to conduct non-domestic energy assessments for planning.* Knowledge of whole life-cycle carbon assessments (preferably using One Click LCA).* Facilitating circular economy workshops with key stakeholders.* Certification in relevant sustainability frameworks (LEED, BREEAM, WELL, etc.) is desirable.* Experience in HVAC modelling for operational energy assessments is desirable.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex sustainable design concepts to clients, team members, and stakeholders.* Ability to obtain security clearance.

· Conducting sales of artwork, whilst collaborating closely with the sales team.

· Creating and maintaining relationships with industry specialists, such as Artists and Collectors, in order to develop a client base.

· Display a clear understanding of client’s needs and interests, looking at not only style, but also practicality. Having extensive knowledge of each artist’s individual techniques and their significance within the industry.

· Attending Art Fairs and events, whilst also meeting with clients in order to sell, source and invest in new pieces.

· Planning and hosting events, such as art exhibitions, in order to meet with prospective buyers.

· Maintain a clear understanding of art world trends as they change.

· Confidently liaise with artists, press and relevant organisers of art fairs.

You will be working in a stunning coastal location, with easy access to Sydney. This is a large Tertiary Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads the multidisciplinary team to provide specialist psychiatric services to patients
• Promotes patient safety and quality of care. Provides leadership, orientation, training, supervision and education, where relevant, for doctors in training, Health Service Medical Practitioners and other health workers.
• In collaboration with the Medical Co-Director, Clinical Leads and other Consultants works to achieve national, state and EMHS performance standards and targets

Essential Selection Criteria:

• Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia and Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists or equivalent
• Demonstrated clinical skills and experience working with mental health problems in Adult Mental Health and / or CAMHS
• Demonstrated experience and ability to work effectively as part of multi-disciplinary team

The consultant will provide a high level of clinical expertise and leadership, both for the team for which they are responsible and in borough-wide services. We are offering a retention incentive in addition to the salary and London weighting. Because we want to recruit the very best team, we are offering external new starters a retention incentive of £5,000 when they start and commit to working with us for one year. On initial appointment there may not be a requirement to participate in the on-call rota (frailty or general medical), however, there will be a future requirements to join the frailty or general medical rota with the option for additional PAs or the job plan can be suitably modified for a candidate wishing to work a total of 10 PAs.
