Responsible for full suite recruitment matters, such as but not limited to the following:

• Consolidating, reviewing and planning all the Guarding manpower needs to support Operations
• Strategies and plan recruitment road shows, advertisements, etc
• Organise and manage a team to be handle the screening of candidates via resumes and job application forms, and conducting all the essential screenings such as interviews, reference checks and credit liabilities

Job Title: Yorkshire & Merseyside Regional Clinical Lead Accountable to: Regional Manager Responsible to: Head of Nursing Job Summary To co-ordinate the delivery of clinical services across the Yorkshire & Merseyside Area and to manage the clinical team(s) on a daily basis in order to deliver the safe and effective care of clients. To promote, support and deliver safe and efficient abortion and associated services in line with the Abortion Act 1967, Department of Health RSOPs and medical guidelines across our treatment centres. The post holder will be fully conversant with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and understand the importance of compliance. To assist the Regional Manager to support and manage the Yorkshire & Merseyside centres to achieve group financial objectives and comply with corporate strategy, using the corporate framework to support the principle of the right of people to limit the size of their family. The postholder will be responsible for assisting in the development of clinical practices in order to meet the requirements of national and local strategies as identified by the Clinical Commissioning Groups (ICBs). The postholder will be experienced in providing appropriate family planning and sexual health care and provide leadership for the development of Nurse Led services in Yorkshire & Merseyside. The postholder will develop systems, processes and procedures in order to meet key performance indicators. The postholder will work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure there is a seamless client focused service ensuring that the experience provided to the client simultaneously meets CQC regulations, NUPAS own excellent high standards and markets the service -encouraging growth. Responsibilities Leadership 1. Work with the Head of Nursing to Lead and develop Nurse Led Clinics which will include the development of a workforce plan. 2. Work with the Head of Nursing to develop a training plan to support the development of Nurse Led Clinics to include the identification of training needs through the appraisal process and to develop a training programme to ensure all staff reach their full potential. This will include the development of a competency assessment framework to support new roles and skills and ensure that all staff are able to provide a safe clinical service. 3. Provide hands-on clinical care as appropriate and in liaison with the Regional Manager. 4. Ensure that clinical rotas are in place and that adequately skilled staff are rostered. Based in Singapore, you will assist in growing our finance capabilities to steer the organisation in the right direction ensuring compliance with accounting, regulatory and tax requirements. • Work with Regional Finance Lead, Regional Controllers, Associate Controllers, Reporting & Tax teams to ensure financial compliance, including controlling local audits, outsource firms and financial regulatory relationships.
• Be the regional team’s (Expansion, Compliance, Product & People) main point of finance contact in ensuring that all new entities, products, legislation etc are understood and finance is prepared for all changes, ensuring the customer product is understood and optimised for growth.
• Work with finance teams (Finance Implementation (Product) team and Group Accounting team) to ensure systems, controls and processes are prepared for regional requirements, with clear definitions and change management.
• Review monthly and quarterly financials to ensure all accuracy of your entities.

Experience:

• 10 Years of experience in either financial controlling, financial audit, financial advisory or management accounting, good knowledge of IFRS and mature financial controls in Singapore

• Experience in aspects of tax compliance matters, such as corporate tax, GST, TP etc.
