We have an exciting opportunity to add to our Construction Team in Chester - a high-performing and collaborative office, where you can enjoy a supportive and interactive culture. We have a proven track-record and great success providing first-class recruitment services across the Construction Sector in Chester, Merseyside and North Wales, where you will also be supported by a highly-experienced Director with a wealth of knowledge and experience operating in the Construction Sector and who is passionate about delivering exceptional services to our customers.

What can I expect day to day?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the freedom to do things differently, supported by colleagues with a wealth of experience empowering you to learn and grow. No day is the same here at Hays, and you will gain experience across a varied range of skills to include:
- Building relationships with clients
- Winning new business - meeting with customers both virtually and face to face.
- Managing vacancies from start to finish and ensuring that you can deliver results quickly and effectively, whilst providing an excellent service!
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Matching the best candidates to the best jobs

What you'll need to succeed
- Passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced inclusive environment!
- People focused with a sales-driven mentality - experience in a sales environment previously is desirable.
- Relationship focused with the confidence to build strong networks
- Collaborative in spirit with a growth mindset to develop a long-lasting career
- Confidence to speak to and meet with new customers daily and to be able to effectively sell your Recruitment Solutions.
- Full and valid UK Driving license is required for this position.
