Job  Scopes:

Elements of Byron is an award-winning Beach front resort, nestled on 50 acres of absolute beach front paradise in Byron Bay. The role of Recruitment Resourcer (Admin Assistant) will support our Talent and Culture Manager who is responsible for Recruitment, Culture and Training at the resort.

This is a full time position working 5 days Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 4.30pm.

You will be responsible for providing administration and some recruitment support to ensure that effective candidate management and communication is maintained with all applicants who are applying for roles at the resort.
