OVERALL, THE PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Guide the warehouse personnel to manage, sustain, and improve the current warehouse operating protocol, fine-tune and improve process within the Technical and provision store.

• Constantly provide in-house training, and briefing whenever fall short of aligning with target set. Prepare and maintain a staffing plan ensuring properly trained cover for holidays, sickness, and absence
• Align and maintain the outbound delivery schedule with the transportation schedule prepared by the operation team daily.
• Responsible for goods in, goods out, and goods storage accuracy, inventory accuracy maintains >95%.
• Ensure productivity and compliance with KPI requirements through the achievement of specific KPIs. Monitors performance against agreed targets and re-adjusts plans for continuous improvement. To investigate customer service issues, provide prompt feedback, and implement remedial actions to prevent similar issues
• Make corrective action according to SOP to keep the high efficiency of warehouse operation. Maintain all inventory management procedures related to Goods in and out processes in line with company guidelines
• To assist and guide warehouse supervisor in planning warehouse work loans based on daily ship schedule
• Involve in the suggestion of ERP analysis and design and update
• To ensure safety all operating equipment is in good condition and safety regulations within the warehouse for the well-being of warehouse staff
• Proven experiences and qualifications related to inventory planning and stocking, as well as expertise in 6 Sigma and lean management.

WORKING REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or proficiency in warehouse management
• 5 years or above supply chain (warehouse, transportation) or relevant working experience
