Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in a sustainability, engineering or related field.
• Proficient in project management and the implementation of building solutions and technologies in built assets.
• Highly driven and self-motivated individual.
• Good communicator, influencer and team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Independent worker, take initiatives and interact and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve problems and deliver results.
• Prior experience in a consulting or real estate background is preferred but not compulsory.

Candidate will participate in the following tasks:

· Lead in business proposals

· Assist in the writing of business proposal submissions

· Review of tender contractual requirements

· Provide advise on legal and contractual matters

· Maintain and develop relations with clients, sub-consultants and business partners

Requirements:

· A recognized degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying

· Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry

· Those with legal and contractural background will have added advantage

· Proficient in MS Office applications and PowerPoint Presentations

· Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Possess excellent people skills

· Candidates with good relevant qualifications and experience will be considered for senior positions
