ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Organisational representation for SkillsFuture Singapore and The Institute of Banking & Finance training and learner compliance and correspondence

2. Trainer and Teacher Management and Scheduling:

• Experience managing a team of diverse associate trainers and teachers
• Lead the recruitment and training of trainers and teachers
• Schedule trainers and teachers for classes
• Ensure trainer quality during class time to ensure that SSG funding requirements are met

3. Marketing Management

• Marketing Agent Management:

a. Liaise with agents for class schedules and learners list

b. Onboard new agents to our SOPs on their learner registration

c. Ensure agent compliance with SSG WSQ marketing standards and guidelines

• In-house marketing team management

4. SSG and IBF Compliance

• Full responsibility for Learner registration and compliance for filing with SSG
• Manage class registration via Skilleto and TPGateway
• Ensure all documents are filed as per SOP for SSG audit purposes
• Attendance taking and class payment collection
• Training grant submissions and tracking
• Full filing and documentation of processes
• Ensure SSG Compliance

5. LMS & eLearning Management

• Ensure that learners meet their required eLearning hours
• Enrol learners into the eLearning LMS

6. Train and mentor junior team members

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience managing WSQ and SSG programmes and training an asset

• Must be fast learner with new SSG requirements and systems

• Degree preferred but not required. Minimum GCE A levels or Polytechnic Diploma

• Independent worker and self-starter

• Able to lead teams when necessary

• Must be tactful and respectful

External training:

• Responsible on customer product training, product education, product demo, mentoring, and support services to the customer
• To develop and implement training strategies and programmes for beauty products, medical equipment, aesthetic laser operation and injectable.
• Supporting the sales team with Clinic product demonstration
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Ensure accurate and efficient arrangement on product detailing and demo during exhibition
• Manage, report and follow up with HCPs on any product quality complaint and adverse events to relevant department
• Be equipped with updated knowledge of aesthetic principles and beauty concepts

Internal training:

• To drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for internal team member
• Enhance trainer performance
• Plan & conduct sales team training to update and upskill the team's knowledge on both competitors' and company product information, scientific review and objection handling, etc.

Requirements :

1. At least 3 years experience in training in medical aesthetic energy-based devices particularly in lasers

2. Possesses good knowledge of energy-based devices and their indications

3. Able to communicate fluently in English & Chinese

4. Able to work independently and in a team setting

5. Holds a valid passport to travel regional to conduct training

6. Ability to produce protocols and notes for training

Job Description

Learning & Development

• Develop and oversee the execution of L&D plan, roadmap & budget.
• Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career path and consultation with function heads.
• Identify areas for improvement in the training process and implement changes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Perform training administration and maintain training records, including tracking attendance, training completion and training evaluation feedback.
• Administer training grant applications and claims in timely manner.
• Keep track of mandatory training and refresher courses
• Develop and manage a calendar of activities to ensure that the programmes/initiatives relating to learning are rolled out in a timely manner.
• Source and propose training vendors to conduct in-house programs that are aligned to learning needs.
• Provide expertise in Skills, Knowledge Management, and Learning Service Solutions.
• Liaise with training providers to ensure that courses and workshops are well planned and organized.
• Provide coordination, logistics and administration support in ensuring training matters are well executed.
• Forecast, manage and track training budget and expenditure including cost savings and government subsidies.
• Collate and analyse training evaluation, evaluate and audit the effectiveness / quality of training programmes and provide recommend solutions / improvements.
• To be involved in CSR/ESG events
• Attend to and provide advice for all L&D related enquires.
• Assist in other HR functions as assigned.

Talent Management

• Collaborate with managers and HR Team to identify high-potential employees and create individual development plans.
• Provide guidance and support to employees in their professional growth, including recommending relevant learning opportunities and resources.
• Assist and facilitate the annual Performance Appraisal process to measure and promote good performance and career progression processes aligned with Centurion policies.
• Manage talent reviews, movements, progression and succession planning processes to support HIPO growth to improve talent development and retention.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in delivery with mid to large size organizations, training and development with evident track record of achievements in training management, planning, monthly reporting, organizing and facilitating training programs and workshops.
• Familiar with training analytics and budgeting.
• Have a good understanding of government training grants and subsidies.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively with outstanding attention to details.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, influencing and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter, resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
• Possess strong analytical and planning skill to manage and execute company-wide events/program.

The L&D Manager is responsible for developing learning and development plans, based on the assessment of development areas for the workforce to meet business requirements. He/ She shall execute learning strategies, design and deliver training programs, assesses development needs, and track learning effectiveness. He/ She shall collaborate with employees and managers to support career development and manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

• Design and develop overall curriculum structure and courseware materials.
• Develop talent assessment processes with assessment tools to evaluate employees’ capabilities.
• Assess capability and performance within an organisation to identify learning needs.
• Conduct learning needs analysis to assess their current capabilities and areas of development required to deliver against the organisation’s strategy and plans.
• Assess, design and integrate suitable learning modes to drive desired learning experiences.
• Equip supervisors and line managers with the skills and tools to mentor, train and provide job coaching.
• Manage the implementation and development of programmes to facilitate achievement of organisation's objectives and growth.

Prior experience in Hospitality and Facility Management industry will be added advantage.

4. In-depth knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations, hazard identification and risk assessment methodologies, emergency preparedness and response protocols, and workplace ergonomics and hygiene principles.

Job Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the Training function within the Organization
• Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders on identifying training needs and action plans
• Actively supports and recommends continuous improvement to Training processes
• Designing and execution of all classroom and on-the-job training for Retail staff and office team
