Specific Job Role/Scope:

• Work together as a team at Import Billing section. Generate invoices, resolving customer questions and liaise with account holders on quotation.
• Liaise with Finance department on invoice approval and maintain good communication and teamwork with other departments.
• Accountable to Import Team Leader for the efficient operation of Import Services - Import Billing

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Performing day to day billing operations
• Checking invoices and its accuracy
• Sending of E-invoices to customers and overseas agents within deadline

• Monitor shipments pending for Routine Order advice
• Attend to enquiries, complaints and request from inter department / within department / customers and overseas agent

Responsibilities:

· Do break bulking for Import Consol Pouch.

· After breakbulk, input shipments record into Master Checklist.

• Process export orders and coordinate shipments with customers, transporters and warehouse according to established systems and processes.

Requirements:

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree of any discipline, preferably in Logistics & Supply Chain/Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in airfreight or related field.
• Possess working knowledge on IATA regulations, with DG knowledge being advantageous. Any Customs & Trade Control related certifications is a good to have.
• Demonstrate good airfreight flight planning skills to work directly with airlines, terminals and internal partners.

Job Description

• Actively engage in daily logistics operations, handling the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of AOG/Critical aircraft tools.
