Job description:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing various aspect of logistis and transport operations
• Overseeing transport operation which includes manage LSP relationships, negotiating and ensuring to meet customer/sales requirements
• Leading and managing a team providing guidance, coaching and support.
• Supervising warehouse operations, including orders, inventory control, storage and loading bay planning
• Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) to assess LSP's performance.
• Handling VNJ shipments to Indonesia (Booking via Air & Sea LCL/FCL, Certificate of Origin, Cargo Inventory, Liase with DGR team)
• In-charge of Colorcon warehouse (Monitor Inbound & Outbound shipment, Stock up warehouse supplies, Monthly report, Monthly billing)

Job Requirements:

• Preferably minimum 1-3 years related experience in Logistic background
• Candidate possess minimum Diploma in Operation Management/Supply Chain)

Job Responsibilities:

• Attending to operational issues for local deliveries (scheduled, ad-hoc)
• Required to coordinate with supplier and customer daily on collection and delivery status
• Monitor POD and all deliveries and ensure all POD return back timely, ensure photo taken for all collection and deliveries
• Ensure supplier provide DG truck for DG cargo collection and deliveries to ensure compliance
• To prepare and submit monthly performance reports (KPI/Raw Data/Freight Summaries, including identifying/analyzing gaps) and support in preparation for Monthly Operation Review (OR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR)
• To ensure on time billing to customer
• Attending to enquires/requests from customer and/or Overseas Partners in relations to businesses under department's ownership

Other Requirement:

• Well verse with MS excel file and uploading of data into e-liabrary on daily basic
• Support any adhoc duties if required
• Required to support weekend and PH liasing in the event if there is any deliveries

Responsibilities

• Assist wiith aspects of financial accounting records, AR and AP management and reconciliation - including posting, verification, payment, offsetting, filing, AR chaser/follow up, contra.
• Ensure timely AR/AP financial reporting for month end and year end - provide inputs for unpaid status e.g. actions taken, timelines, disputes, etc.
• Ability to develop good practices, policies and procedures to ensure proper internal control for balance sheet / profit & loss.
• Analyze and provide financial data to management in timely manner.
• Handle any other general office administration.

Specific Job Role/Scope:

• Work together as a team at Import Billing section. Generate invoices, resolving customer questions and liaise with account holders on quotation.

Position (1):

• Handle airfreight and seafreight enquiries from both overseas partners and local customers
• Handle and monitor air/sea/road shipments till successful completion

The Executive is accountable to HR & Admin HOD and is responsible to assist with the talent acquisition, policy development, objectives determination, and other human resource processes in GAI. In addition to that, the executive will also be responsible to shape GAI’s work and employee policy.
