Job Description (Recruitment Intern)

• Understand client requirements and source for suitable candidates
• Conduct phone interviews with job applicants
• Coordinate interview arrangements and follow-up results
• Conduct reference checks
• Perform any ad hoc admin tasks.

Requirement 

• Diploma and Degree student from all relevant courses
• Possess pleasant personality with a desire to learn
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated personality
• Team player
• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Melayu
