The Manager / Senior Manager, Plans & HR Transformation drives MINDS' HR transformation and develops strategies for MINDS' Employer of Choice initiatives. The Manager / Senior Manager shall review salary structure, career schemes and benefits and performance management to build an agile and resilient workforce.
