任務和職責：

• 負責一般文書及會計工作。

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Responsible to do general clerical and accounting work
• To handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions
• Prepare payment voucher/ cheques / remittance payments to vendors
• Responsible for management of petty cash
• Take charge of office/site monthly utilities payments and maintenance fees
• To monitor, Record and update monthly utilities expenses (TNB, SAJ, Indah Water)
• Update and maintain the tenant's control listing
• Maintain and upkeep proper sorting & filing of related documentation to support all accounting entries
• Assist in other duties in relation with administration and accounts/ financial matter as required from time to time
• Any ad-hoc task assignment by management

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum qualification: SPM/LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates will also be considered. 

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.

Required skill(s): Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, World & SQL accounting system

Willing to learn, able to work independently and multi-task as well as a good team player.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who wants to learn and train and become a member of our team who is looking for long term employment. The role requires physical labour tasks such as lifting, carrying materials, assisting set-up / close down of work areas, ability to take direction/instruction to ensure safe working standards and ability to work as a team in brief. This role will be predominately a labouring position to start with the scope for training/gaining skills in many spheres of construction. We feel this role would be suitable for the younger crowd wanting to gain skills/knowledge of the construction trade and motivated to up-skill!

Role Requirements
The applicant is required to work Monday-Friday including some Saturday's if needed subject to workload to suit the needs of the business. Hours of operation is 8am onsite start time -5 pm finish time. The office is located in Birkenhead, Wirral and the applicant must be able to commute to our location in order to meet with the team before heading out on site on time.. This position requires regular distance travel. No previous experience in labouring is required but advantageous. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn and initiative is essential to this role. An understanding of health and safety procedures and guidelines. Driving license non-essential but again advantageous. CSCS card required, training for this can be provided/organised at the applicant's cost should they be successful upon applying.
