• Manage including review, control, and approve annual budgets for the manpower, Capex capital, and Opex operation expenditure of all direct reports through efficient monitoring and control measures to ensure all operations are conducted cost effectively within the approved budget.
• Accountable point of contact for enterprise risk, mitigating and managing risk at the departmental level (risk owner).
• To perform other duties/tasks which may be required by the Management from time to time.
