Deskripsi Tugas Utama :-

1. Menyediakan dan memantau dokumen-dokumen/memorandum-memorandum perjanjian (MoA) dan persefahaman (Mou) serta lain-lain perjanjian komersial yang berkaitan;
2. Merangka dan menambah baik terma perjanjian, kontrak, dan pelbagai dokumen;
3. Memberikan khidmat nasihat perundangan berkaitan isu komersial dan korporat yang melibatkan syarikat;
4. Merangka struktur korporat dan struktur perjanjian berkaitan sebelum menyertai mana-mana transaksi perniagaan;
5. Meneliti perjanjian-perjanjian serta dokumen berkaitan perundangan yang dimajukan kepada syarikat sebelum ianya ditandatangani oleh pihak pengurusan;
6. Mengenalpasti isu-isu pendedahan undang-undang (‘Legal Exposure’) berkaitan dengan projek atau jabatan berkaitan dan berbincang serta memberi pandangan bersama dalam mengurangkan pendedahan risiko dan liabiliti berkaitan;
7. Memastikan terma dan syarat perjanjian sentiasa dipatuhi oleh syarikat;
8. Menguruskan fail-fail litigasi dan berbincang dengan panel peguamcara bagi memohon nasihat berkenaan isu-isu perundangan;
9. Mengemaskini perkembangan isu-isu perundangan dari semasa ke semasa;
10. Memastikan bahawa syarikat mematuhi peruntukan undang-undang;
11. Menyediakan pelaporan lengkap pada setiap bulan; dan
12. Mana-mana tugas lain yang diarahkan dari semasa ke semasa.
