Roles & Responsibilities

1. Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse by performing pick & pack, kitting, receiving & shipping operations according to internal and external customer requirements including returns.

2. To ensure all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.

3. To perform any on line tasks (i.e. loading of boxes, accessary insertion, bar-code scanning) required for final shipment of cargo, if any.

4. To ensure filing of documents is completed on time and accurately.

5. To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.

6. Operating of warehouse equipment such as forklift, reach truck and stacker and ensure the equipment is well maintained at all times.

1. Recruitment and onboarding of new hires; assist with the recruitment process – review and shortlisted resumes, schedule interviews, facilitate pre-employment screening checks. Support the effective onboarding of new hires.

2. Employee Off-boarding; assist in off-boarding of leavers.

3. Maintaining physical and digital files for employees, and employee records in HRIS.

4. Assist in Work Pass (WP, SPass, EPass) application, renewal, and cancellation.

5. Keep track of staff confirmation, promotion, salary adjustment, Contract renewal, etc., and preparation of related letters.

6. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave, benefits, compensation, claims, and queries related to systems, and resolve any issues that may arise.

7. Help to organize events and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and develop a positive and cohesive culture.

8. Preparation of Monthly HR reports and consolidating of Regional HR reports for Quarterly Management meetings.

9. Administration of Medical and Flexi Benefits of Employee, including enrolment and terminations.

10. Completion of Surveys and MOM Business Census, if any.

11. Conduct salary benchmark

12. Other admin tasks and ad hoc duties as and when assigned by superiors.

This candidate will take up a dual role, overseeing as a Pharmacist and a quality assurance manager within YCH Group:

Pharmacist Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Provide insights of Singapore healthcare industry landscape (Current & future)
2. Provide expertise and knowledge regarding key healthcare procurement system, cycle and supply chain requirements.
3. Main role is to administer, authorize and control of our inbound and outbound of vaccines to our customers.
4. Manage and maintain paperwork records for all drug recalls and corrective and preventive actions verification (if any).
5. Represent the company (together with Operations) in external meetings/discussions requiring pharmacist presence and expertise (e.g. Vendor meeting, meeting with new/prospective customer).
6. Support for migration/shifting operations on therapeutic and pharmaceutical products as per operations required.

7. Work jointly with operations, to ensure that SOPs (e.g. relating to receiving, storing and issuing functions) are compliant to local, global and customer requirements (e.g. HSA, GDP, Therapeutic license)

1. Maintains and reviews programs of facility & property maintenance management (building and structures); work safety; fire safety; calibration & equipment maintenance; environmental; ISO procedures.
2. Assists in compilation of all documents related to Facility department including service reports of equipment’s, building and equipment licenses, ISO procedure, BCP, Risk assessment procedure updates and upkeep of documentation control.
3. Preparing and reviewing of project cost comparison, project timeline and scheduling for facility projects
4. Manage assets enhancements including leading in several initiatives to optimize the yield of property assets through budget and financial planning and cost control, building upgrading programs, implementation of intelligent building technologies, energy and water conservation programs.
