The People & Culture (P&C) Business Analyst is responsible for delivering a program of work that will strengthen and improve the process design and documentation of core People & Culture transactional processes. The P&C Business Analyst will design process improvements, as needed translated into system requirements, that meet the needs of our people, people leaders and P&C.
