Job Description

• Report to Project Manager / Project Director on site matters and progress of work.
• Liaise with Quantity Surveyor to monitor work schedules, claims and Vos.
• Coordinate with Consultant, Architect and Authorities for site matters.
• Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports; escalating project completion impediments.
• Able to lead a team of foreign workers.
• Monitor, coordinate, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality and efficiency.
• To work with relevant parties to develop viable timelines and work schedules for the project, delivery of goods/materials and oversee progress to ensure deadlines are met on time at different stages of the project.
• Provide reports and daily activity updates to management.
• Produce proper reports and documentation before and after project completion.
• Review and check detailed plans before actual work implementation.
• Conduct inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors.
• Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the subcontractors & suppliers.
• Assist to evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at site (Technical matters).
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
• To ensure risk assessment is conducted and hazard/safety control measures are implemented.

Job Responsibilities :

• Overall responsible for the successful conclusion of construction projects
• Oversee Project Managers and ensure that work is completed on time and within budget

Job Requirements :

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare bill of quantity for tendering of subcontract packages including sourcing of subcontractors/suppliers
• Handle contract negotiation with subcontractors/suppliers and prepare Subcontract Agreement
• Handle cost monitoring, adherence to contract specifications and drawings
• Prepare payment certificates of subcontractors
• Evaluate and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreement with subcontractors
• Prepare variation orders and recouncile with the client's Quantity Surveyors in accordance to the contract agreement
• Prepare monthly progess claim to client and assist in preparation of cashflow forecast for submission to client
• Coordinate changes in plans with Design Team and review the potential variation claims to client

Requirements

Job Scope

• Handle daily finance operations, which includes but not limited to General Ledger, General Journals, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
• Responsible monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet
• Submit monthly and quarterly financial reports to Director
• Quarterly GST Submission

JOB SCOPE

• Resolve technical problems at site by developing solutions to problems.
• Assist to plan, coordinate and supervise assigned activities to optimise the utilization of resources available to ensure that activities are completed within schedule.
• Participate with the team in controlling the project plans in reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.

Documentation

• Assist the team and participate to prepare daily/weekly and monthly site reports and submit to the planning department.

Safety and cleaning

• Conduct risk assessment and implement hazard/safety control measures.
• Ensure working environment is safe and clean by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations to achieve high safety and quality standards for site works.
• Assist the team to ensure that the project team always follow the safety work procedure to maintain a safe working environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
