As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for managing an inventory of 100+ residential property listings. You are the brain of the Squad you belong to, defining the listing strategies, pricing policies and valuation methodologies. On a day-to-day basis, you review and approve the valuations produced by the pricing analysts, recommend listing prices based on data-driven research and insights, and fuel your team with your expertise. As a Valuations Analyst Intern, you will be involved in one of the most important steps in renting and selling a property in Singapore — coming up with the pricing. Good pricing is a deciding factor for clients to choose whether to work with Propseller and for our chance to rent or sell their properties at the highest price.
Using our own methodology, you will gather information and data from multiple sources, put them in a professional and presentable format, and discuss the pricing with our Inventory Managers. These prices will be relied upon by our Real Estate Consultants and potential clients.

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you are the first point of contact with the clients (property owners and seekers), driving engaging conversations and laying the foundations for their journey with Propseller. As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for managing an inventory of 100+ residential property listings. You are the brain of the Squad you belong to, defining the listing strategies, pricing policies and valuation methodologies. On a day-to-day basis, you review and approve the valuations produced by the pricing analysts, recommend listing prices based on data-driven research and insights, and fuel your team with your expertise. You will be instrumental in ensuring that your Squad, comprising of sales and client success team members, achieves its revenue growth targets.
As part of the team, you hold the keys to determining the risk we choose to take on in our portfolio by driving an ongoing dialogue between the sales team and clients. You contribute and lead projects that make our data, reporting, pricing methodology, workflows, software, and advice to clients top-tier.
You are a driven self-starter and a data-savvy individual with some experience valuing properties in the real estate industry. Fundamentally, you enjoy valuation work but crave opportunities to contribute directly to the business and advise our clients regarding the biggest financial decision of their lives.
