The HR Officer reports to the Senior Manager, HR & Business. This position is the behind-the scenes collaorators and colleagues whose main job responsibilities are focused on helping to accomplish HR-related tasks. They are iinvolved with nearly all programs and services that relate to the company's human resources division. Their work, carries out responsibilities in the following areas,

- Medical arrangement for foreign employees

- Courses arrangement

- Check and update monthly roster, time attendance and leave records for Operations

- Provide general administrative & operational support to the Operation Officer, Executive & Manager

- Update monthly headcount details (Foreigner)

- Create & update foreign employee data in Payroll System & foreign

- Maintain employee data listing

- Submit relevant bills to account department

- Flight arrangement & booking

- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

- With minimum 2 years experience in payroll syste

Requirements

- Diploma in HR/Business Administration or equivalent

- Perferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent

- Proficient in Microsoft office

- Meticulous and responsible

- Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills and ability to mutli-task

Job Description

• All work preparations and site work are carried out to meet quality requirements.
• To closely supervised all workers and drivers that the works carried out are using the facilities provided to achieve the required quality standard.
• Adequate training or instruction are provided to workers or drivers who carry out the work and the required process control is compiled and adhered to.
• Co-ordinate for the resources in manpower, equipment and vehicles requirements as well as the material supply and delivery requirements.
• Monitor the safety and housekeeping to meet requirements in the work site.
• To observe all company Environmental, Safety and Health and good practice requirements at all times.
• Any other responsibility and authority that may be required by the PD / PM/SPM / SM

Minimum Qualification/Experience/Requirements:

• At least 3-year experience in the Electrical & Maintenance Industry and Holding various safety pass, BCCS.
• English communication skill both written & spoken

Job Description:

• Perform with maintenance employees along with other technical personnel, contractors to develop proactive and effective team working together to attain set objectives.
• Ensuring best practices by optimum use of manpower, interface & coordination with other departments regarding plant matters.
• Follow Electrical maintenance work planning and scheduling including procedures. Ensures quality of work within the set time frame, record and report.
• Ensure to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts to accurately repair all equipment.
• Assist the Electrical Supervisor on-site finding, trouble shooting, corrective and preventive actions, record and report. Ability to work on remove and re-install units, configuring, calibrating and maintaining control, measurement and indicating electrical equipment.
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors in supervision of statutory equipment inspection and testing at site.
• Responsible for service, repair and overhaul of Electrical system, control and component on equipment, machinery and facility by directing and supervising a team of personnel including contractors, supply of materials required to maintain as above in the prescribed condition.
• Ensuring the implementation of quality and safety procedures & policies, production reliability & efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of previous experience of working in field electrical Plant Industry.
• Experience in Electrical controls is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skill.
• Good working knowledge in Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Other duties as assigned.
