Responsibility:

• This in-house digital content creator role will focus on assisting the Marketing team to roll out brand content/ assets (photo and video).
• Create branded/promotion content to drive business growth - Managing the brand image and presence, create compelling content and stories on all digital and social media platform
• Complete pre- to post-production duties: from product images to lifestyle assets, styling and video
• Overseeing and managing the Brand's reputation & presence on all digital and social media platforms.
• Building up the Brand's presence with photos and videos across various channels, including posting, sharing, engaging, and increasing digital marketing engagement.
• Provide assistance in other projects and event as required from time to time.
• Provide support to creative needs of the Marketing & Operations team
• Conceptualise, design and produce artwork/graphics based on needs within the content team, on all digital and social media platform
• Brainstorm and suggest new and innovative ways to strengthen marketing, sales, and customer engagements, including new channels to develop a presence in.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Marketing or related field with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Must have a good design flair and is creative Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, & Illustrator
• Knowledge in Photography, Videography and Adobe After Effect is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Self-driven & motivated to work without much supervision

Roles & Responsibilities

· Update and Monitor Daily Sales Collection

· Update Daily Sales Analysis

· Update Receivables into MYOB

· Update and Monitor Consumption Report

· Petty Cash

· Post Sales Journal

· Verify figures in Daily Sales Summary

· Prepare and Post Journal for Depreciation on Fixed Assets

· Full Sets of Accounts into MYOB (from entering of data to Management Reports)

· Bank Reconciliation for all banks

· Check commission report

· Prepare GST submission

· Post Journal entries for payment of GST

· Walk through the whole processes of audit for each entity

· Prepare Payments (Accounts Payable)

· Banking Facilities (Visa, Master, IPP, NETS, GrabPay, PayLah!, PayNow)

· Requisite and handles distribution of office stationery

· Any other duties and projects as assigned by the Managers or Directors

Job Requirement:

• Possess Diploma in accounting with 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in using MYOB Accounting Software and Microsoft Office
• Responsible and possess a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Meticulous, analytical, high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
• Mature, positive and able to work independently
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR Department.
• Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
• Prepare and refresh orientation materials.
• Assist to prepare monthly employee attendance report for payroll computation. This includes the monthly calculation and verification of work and overtime hours.
• Handle work pass application, renewal, cancellation, record tracking, etc.
• Maintain and update employee’s records, ensure that employee’s information is up to date and regularly maintained in the system.
• Assist in updating and maintaining leave records.
• Generate HR-related documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, etc.
• Support in employee engagement activities or any company events.
• Attend to employees’ inquiries.
• Continually learn the latest and best HR practices to improve workplace efficiency.
• Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned.

• Familiar with the Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR practices
