The Utility Operator focuses on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including: Operating machine tool, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards •Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods •Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products •Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis and examines production materials for processing. Operates all equipment and processes. Monitors machine parameters and troubleshoots processing problems.

SUMMARY:
As a Warehouse-Spotter Truck Driver, you will be a valued team member who operates large-sized trucks with trailers for transportation of finished goods to and from warehouse docks to onsite parking, assisting in the warehouse for a variety of tasks i.e. staging loading and unloading, cycle counts, and Palletizer breaks and other duties. Applicant should expect to spend 50% of the day in the truck and the other 50% in the warehouse, daily business may dictate this from each day to the next.

Works Plant wide to ensure that product integrity, from a microbiological and analytical standpoint, is protected.
Required Qualifications & Experiences:

Primary Function:

Maintains parts and equipment inventory.

The Logistics Planner role is a job position where you will partner with multiple cross-functional teams such as warehousing, customer service, deployment, sales, marketing, etc. to support operational excellence within Dairy Foods, Purina Animal Nutrition and WinField United divisions. Position Purpose:

The Transportation Team is located in Arden Hills, MN and focuses on planning/execution of outbound and inbound freight from around 290 US facilities and shipping locations.
Manage transportation events and enhance carrier utilization to ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Facilitate all Transportation related activities, such as understanding freight bill payments and assisting Accounts payable in resolution, entering Transportation claims.
Coordinate, direct and own decision-making processes necessary to accomplish service goals and objectives.
Create and foster strong relationships with internal and external business partners such as material resource Planners, distribution centers, manufacturing personnel, customer service representatives and carrier providers.
Ensure that issues are addressed quickly and professionally.
Identify and implement continuous process improvements by strategically develop, recommend, cost savings and/or service improvement programs.
Required Experience & Education
4-year degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics.
1+ Years of Logistics experience or related field.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Required Competencies & Other skills
Ability to multi-task in high pace environment.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
