Requirements

• ITE or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in maintenance and repair tasks.
• Technical certification or specialised training in relevant areas such as electrical, mechanical, or plumbing will be preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required, subjected to job duties.

• Work closely with the data team and cross-functional departments to grasp business needs and translate them into data solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to support agricultural decisions and operations.
• Conduct thorough data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure data quality and readiness for analysis.
• Design and implement efficient data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to streamline data flow and accessibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Solid grasp of machine learning concepts and experience in developing predictive models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with strong skills in data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and a good understanding of their application in solving real-world problems.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with database systems for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Lead the HR and administration function and responsible for the full spectrum of day-to-day HR operations.

· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives to achieve a transformative and values driven organisation from start up to a full-fledge organisation.

· Design and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards. Maintain a handbook on policies and procedures, and perform benefits administration and analysis for renewal.

· Oversee the recruitment and selection process, collaborating and innovate with hiring managers to identify talents with clear job scope and description, conduct interviews, and make effective hiring decisions.

· Design and conduct orientation programs for new employees for a smooth transition, ensuring they receive comprehensive information about the company, policies, and procedures

· Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular assessments and implementing surveys to measure organisational climate.

· Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive work culture, fostering teamwork that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

· Advise and support managers and employees on various HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

· Implement effective compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus schemes, and employee recognition programs.

· Drive learning and development initiatives, identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and facilitating talent development opportunities.

· Oversee HR data management of p-files and database ensuring security and accurate confidential record-keeping, HRIS administration, and timely reporting.

· Handle all applications process of EP, Work permit applications and renewals

· Process and verify claims from employees against entitlement for eligible employees for management approval.

· Oversee areas of administration, such as purchasing stationery, pantry items, groceries, and managing staff welfare obligations.

• Perform process optimization & process control to improve manufacturing process meeting predictable yield and reduce waste.
• Perform data collection and monitoring ongoing processes including adjusting machine parameters & settings to achieve desired output.
• Monitor trend and data to improve process stability, reliability and repeatability, design test and experiment for validation.
• Carry out data analysis
• Provide technical support and root cause analysis to resolve process related issues that impact quality, delivery, cost, and output.
• Support process mapping, automation recipe, capacity enhancement as well as new process technology
• Collaborate with Quality and R&D department including product transfer from R&D to production
• Provide training/certification to new staff/operator/technician to operate farm equipment.
• Create and develop process documentation and operating instruction.
• Lead technician to upkeep the equipment in tip-top condition, plan scheduled maintenance and spares.

• Execute high volume production of leafy greens/salads by following set processes
• Supervise, provide instruction, and distribute daily assignment to operators
• Meet production targets
• First responder to sudden failure or incidents related to farm operations and reporting issue to farm management
• Ensure workplace/equipment/trays are cleaned and sanitized routinely and housekeeping is maintained at a high standard
• Drive productivity and process yield improvement
• Helping technician in monitoring of CEA parameters and notifying technician about any issues detected
• Adhere to good production practices to ensure safe workplace and efficiency
• Ensure production operating consumables are sufficient and forecasted
• Pests monitoring and update in FOMS quality session (Population count during transplanting and harvesting)
