Representing the Company, you will be residing in a small payroll team, where you will successfully onboard new starters as well as onboarding prospective employees, the post holder will be providing a professional, high quality administrative service to Managers and the HR Team to reflect the Organisation's values.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified and ambitious animal behaviourist to make a real difference to the way this charity care for animals both in their centres and the wider communities.

Responsibilities in the role of Clinical Animal Behaviourist:

• Support colleagues in all three centres with behaviour assessments for dogs and cats, particularly where concerns have been raised, considering safe practices for risk mitigation and promotion of best practice.
• Create plans for both training and behaviour modification, using evidence based, positive methodologies that are practical and mitigate risk.
• Ensure continuous professional development is met by exploring contemporary knowledge via networking and collaboration with relevant organisations, both within and outside of the charity sector, and provide thought leadership in promoting new opportunities and methodology throughout the charity.

• Animal Behaviour and Training Council (ABTC) accredited Clinical Animal Behaviourist (CAB) or working towards accreditation.
• Extensive experience of working in the field of dog behaviour rehabilitation and welfare.
• Demonstrable experience of carrying out behavioural assessments of pets.
• Experience of modifying companion animal behaviour in a variety of settings.

Warehouse Stock Operative - Pineham, Northampton - £22,405

The position

This is a full time permanent position based at our customers distribution centre in Pineham, Northampton.

• Rate of pay: £22,405 per annum
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus daily 30-min unpaid break
• Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7 - Shifts between: 8am-4pm & 1pm-9pm
• Working Environment - Freezer

A day in the life of a Warehouse Operative

As a Warehouse Operative, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate.

Our activities vary, so often, you may be required to work across multiple different workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits and Load Adherence checks most of which require periods of manual handling.

Job activities

• Audit the Inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
• Audit Picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate all errors found.
• Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
• Maintain integrity at all times.
• Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
• Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.

Retail & Asset Solutions are currently seeking motivated, professional and flexible individuals to complete stock counts for well-known retailers, on a casual contract-basis across the UK. As an Independent Stock Counter, you will be required to drive independently to each shift.

• We are looking for Retail Team Driver to add to our already successful team.
• This role will require you to oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region
• Work will be carried out on different Retail customer sites / stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
• You must follow the correct processes when notifying your count team of the pick-up points and timings for each shift
• Escalating any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner
• Completing a team attendance sheet, detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended and the arrival time of the bus on site.
• Whilst on site you will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
• Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock

Key Skills/ Experience Required

• This role will involve working unsociable hours, working early mornings or night shifts, this therefore means we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 21 years.
• This role requires you to have a Full Driving License.
• You must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.

• Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.
