Responsibilities

1. Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, and GL functions.

2. Process, verify and maintain invoices/payments and its related documents, and assist to follow up on discrepancies with customers and vendors.

3. Manage intercompany transactions and ensure intercompany balances tally across the books.

4. Monitor and report daily cash flow and assist with cash flow management and projection.

1. Perform monthly bank reconciliation, generate monthly closing report and assist with accounts reconciliation and management reporting.

5. Prepare quarterly GST report.

6. Manage audit, tax, corporate secretarial or external regulatory matters and liaise with external parties as required.

7. Ensure compliance of financial authority limits, financial reporting standards (FRS), Company policies and other regulations.

8. Initiate process or policy improvements where needed.

9. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Director/CFO

Requirements

· Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

· Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting is preferred.

· Experience in SAP is preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· High integrity, meticulous and proactive

· Independent, self-driven with the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines.

· Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assists the Key Account Manager in planning and implementing effective sales strategies.
2. Conduct regular business reviews, develop the online sales channel for the Singapore market.
3. Conduct store checks on sales performance and service level.
4. Formulate, implement & execute Trade marketing plans for the Singapore market/key accounts (including Travel Retail)
5. Coordinate with internal and external team members with allocated resources, work closely with Marketing team on development of Trade programs (POSM, regional banded packs, etc), with the appointed distributor/s to deliver the annual sell-in and sell-out budgets set within allocated resources.
6. Sales performance monitoring and assurance of Service level management.
7. Provide internal team training to reporting members and improve the team’s performance.

Requirements

• Proven track record with 2-3 years’ experience in sales or key account management experience, preferably in FMCG / Pharma channel
• Experience with supermarket, convenience stores, Travel retail or pharmacy channel clients will be an advantage.
• Trade Marketing experience, Distributor management experience will be an added advantage.
• Independent, self-motivator and determine to succeed in a challenging environment.
• Proficient in MS office suite.
• Possess Class 3 Driving license.

The Key Account Specialist will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction, assist in planning and implementing effective sales strategies.

He/she should also be able to conduct in-depth market research and identify potential leads. To be able to perform in this job role, He/she should have excellent communication and presentation skills.

1. Deliver annual sales targets within the allocated resources and ensure all trade and promotional spending are monitored with the allocated budget.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in sales , proven sales record.

• Key Account management experience, preferably in FMCG / Pharma channel

• Trade Marketing experience

• Sales Operations experience

• Distributor management experience will be an added advantage.

• Posseses Class 3 Driving license

Job Description

• Maintain good manufacturing practice, manufacturing safety and house keeping programs.
• To repair and maintain industrial automation equipment, trouble-shoot electricial & mechanical problems
• To feebdback on any abnormalities that affect the production line.
• Perform periodic failure analysis that affects the production yield.
• Provide full support to meet production output.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the VP Manufacturing.

Job Requirements

• NITEC or recognized technical or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing plant.
• Matured, positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, teamwork and stake holder management.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
• Working hours 9:00 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.
