About this role
Are you driven by technological innovation, problem-solving, project success and the potential impact of your work on an iconic project in Singapore? The ICT consultant will be responsible for professional project management of one or more Aviation Digital projects, from initiation to handover, for a prestigious Airport Clients. Aviation Digital projects range from IT Infrastructure to Operational Systems to Digital & Data Solutions, for both new and existing airports and terminals. The role will oversee all aspects of a project including but not limited to the following, customer requirements, scope management, schedules (alignment with the customer), resource planning, project costs/budget, documentation, communications, 3rd party vendor co-ordination, and deliverables and ultimately the customer’s satisfaction.
The individual requires a strategic understanding of Airport/Aviation operations, Civil Aviation and Regulatory Authority regulations, processes (e.g. Airport Systems Design, ORAT) and Standards (IATA standards), technologies and systems. An understanding of airport construction is also desirable for some projects.

Resident Engineers (RE) (Civil/Structural) – Contract Position
• Possess recognized degree in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with PE board, Singapore
• Accredited with IES-ACES with a valid Resident Engineer Practicing Certificate
• Minimum 10 years of experience as Resident Engineer
• Experience in supervision of
• Possess a complete understanding of local regulations/codes for Civil & Structural related to building projects, especially to comply with BCA’s criteria for buildability and safety assurance system
• Able to resolve site and technical issues, prepare and document detailed site progress reports
• Good supervisory and leadership skills with, with experience in leading a team of Resident Technical Officers
• A good team player with effective communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge in BIM and VDC capabilities will be an added advantage.
